"Honestly, such a steal for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much, but wow, this ended up being totally worth it for our team. For the price, it feels like we got way more than we paid for. Kind of ridiculously good value
"Pretty smooth and easy to use"
I used Hopin for a work event and overall it was a smooth experience. It didn’t take much to figure out how to join sessions, jump between talks, or use the chat, even without a lot of instructions. I did have one small lag issue during a video, but a quick refresh fixed it. It wasn’t perfect, but I never felt lost while using it, which I really appreciated...

"Surprisingly decent, with just a tiny hiccup"
I used Hopin for an online conference, it was straightforward to join and watch the talks, which was nice because apparently that’s not always a given these days. The chat worked fine too, so no complaints there. There was one little audio lag moment, but it wasn’t a huge deal — just enough to remind me that technology likes to keep things interesting.

I used it on my phone and everything went smoothly. Since the app didn’t glitch or act weird, joining events was quick and easy...

"Good branding options, with a little room to improve"
I was in a focused mood when I tried out the custom branding, and overall it worked well. The options were easy enough to use and helped make things feel more on-brand. There are a few areas that could be smoother, but I was generally happy with the experience

"We had a ton of people join..."
We had a ton of people join our event, and to be fair, Hopin kept things running smoothly overall. I was genuinely relieved it didn’t fall apart with that many attendees. That said, there were a couple of hiccups along the way, and I do think an apology from the team would go a long way. Overall, I’m happy with how the event went, just hoping they acknowledge the issues properly.

"Pretty good tools, just kinda clunky here and there"
I used the polls and chat and they did help keep people paying attention, which was nice. The setup was okay too, not super hard, but some parts felt a little clunky in that like, why is this step here kind of way...

"Easy setup and sorta helpful onboarding"
Getting started with Hopin was painless. The setup was clear enough that I didn’t really feel lost, which was nice because event tools can sorta feel like a lot at first.
The onboarding call helped too. They walked us through the main things without making it feel overly formal, and when we had a few small questions afterward, they got back to us fast. Overall, it was a good first experience.

"Pretty good video most of the time"
I’ve used Hopin for a couple of online events, and the video was clear overall. The audio was good too, though there was this one moment where it lagged a bit and got kind of choppy. I refreshed it and that fixed things quickly. Overall, it’s solid, just not perfect...

"Great for networking, with a few little hiccups"
I used hopin for a virtual event the networking side was solid. I liked being able to hop into quick video chats with people instead of just typing in a chat box, it felt a lot more natural. There were a couple times where connecting took a minute, and yeah, the first few seconds could feel a bit awkward, but overall it worked well. I ended up meeting some helpful contacts, so I’d say it did the job.

Overall, it’s been mostly fine and does what I need it to do. Every now and then it drops or glitches a bit, which can be annoying, but it’s not constant. 🙂

So, yeah, the support was actually nice overall. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t too bad, and they helped me out fast once they got to me.

"We used Hopin for sponsor and exhibitor..."
We used Hopin for sponsor and exhibitor booths, it left me feeling mentally drained. The setup itself wasn’t terrible, but trying to update logos, links, and booth details felt way more clunky than it needed to be. I kept running into little extra steps that made the whole thing more frustrating than it should’ve been.
During the event, a few sponsors mentioned that visitors didn’t always seem to know where to go or how to start chatting. Lead capture was basic too, and the reports afterward took some effort to make sense of. It technically worked, but for the price, I expected something smoother and less exhausting to manage.

"Registration was easy enough"
I was a little nervous at first because I always worry about getting fooled by ticket sites, but the registration process was simple. The tickets worked fine, so it all ended up being okay.
"Finally understood what was actually happening"
The reports made my job a lot easier. The analytics were simple to read, and instead of just guessing how the event went, I could actually see what attendees were doing. It helped me connect the dots and understand what mattered, not just look at a bunch of numbers.

We used hopin for our online events, and the integrations with HubSpot and Slack did make things easier. It cut down on a lot of copy-paste work, which was nice. But i was a bit disappointed because I expected the setup to feel smoother overall. It worked, just didn’t quite impress me the way I hoped it would.
